Plans & pricing
How fast do you actually deliver?
Starter ships in 48 hours from when we have the brief and access. Growth and Full take a few days more — priority delivery on Full.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
You can upgrade at any time. We credit unused days against the new plan. You're not locked in.
Why is Custom only $99 to start?
Custom is a base fee — features and platforms are added à la carte. The intake form shows the running total before you pay.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Self-hosted plans include full source. Managed plans keep the source on our infrastructure but you can request an export anytime.
Hosting & management
What's the difference between hosting and management?
Hosting keeps it running. Management actively improves it — bug fixes, optimization, AI tuning. Combo plans bundle both at a discount.
Do I need a management plan?
Not technically. But systems without management aren't monitored or optimized — fixes and updates cost more à la carte. Most clients move to Growth Management.
Can I self-host?
Yes. Starter includes deployment free. Growth/Full/Custom add a $34.99 deployment fee for self-host. Self-host means you manage infra; we don't monitor.
Process
What do you need from me to start?
The intake form covers it: business name, the platforms you want covered, what the bot should do, brand assets. We follow up in your order chat for anything missing.
How does the order chat work?
Once you pay, your order opens a portal in your dashboard with a chat thread to our team, files, and live status per service.
Can I make changes after the brief?
Small tweaks within the initial setup window are included. Bigger changes get scoped — Growth and Full Management plans get discounted feature additions.
Consultation
When should I book a consultation vs. a Starter?
If you know what you want, skip the consultation. Book one if you're unsure which platforms or features fit, or want to audit an existing system before buying.
Is the $20 credit automatic?
Yes — if you take a paid consultation and then buy a Starter / Growth / Full / Custom build with the same account, the $20 credit applies at checkout. Once per account.
