Refunds
Plain rules. No surprises.
What you pay covers what your plan covers. Anything else is quoted, not silently included or denied.
Before work starts
Full refund. Email us within 24 hours of paying and we cancel the order, no questions.
If we receive your intake but haven't started building, you can also cancel — full refund within the first 24 hours, 90% after that.
After delivery
Once we've delivered the items in your plan + any approved add-ons, the build is non-refundable.
If something doesn't work as agreed, we fix it. Open a ticket from your dashboard and we'll patch it within the initial setup window at no charge.
Extra requests on top of your plan
Anything you write in "extra requests" at intake — or anything you ask for after paying that isn't in your plan — auto-opens a ticket on your order.
In that ticket each extra is quoted, charged, and discussed separately. The order itself stays as one order.
You can cancel any extra during the discussion before we start building it. You're only charged for extras you approve. We don't silently expand scope or build things you didn't agree to.
Growth and Full Management plans get discounted rates on planned extras (~30% off when requested at the start of a billing cycle).
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
No partial refunds for unused subscription days.
Consultations
$35 for a 1-hour call. $20 of that is credited toward your first build (auto-applied at checkout).
Reschedule any time before the call. No-shows aren't refunded but can be rebooked once.
Disputes
If you think something's wrong, message us first — we resolve almost everything in the order chat.
Chargebacks without a prior conversation are escalated to Stripe with our delivery + scope record (which is why we ask you to confirm scope at checkout).
