The service
RadLabs builds and delivers automated systems and websites described in your selected plan. Delivery time and scope are stated on the plans page; one-time builds ship within 48 hours of confirmed brief unless otherwise noted.
Refund policy
One-time builds: 100% refund before work has started; no refunds after delivery. Consultation calls: refundable if cancelled 24+ hours in advance; $20 of the $35 is credited toward any build started within 30 days.
Recurring plans & the 3-month commitment
Every recurring plan — management, hosting, social retainers — has a 3-month minimum commitment. After the commitment ends, you can request cancellation at any time via support and the current period plays out (no proration). Payment terms are detailed in our Payment Policy.
- Early cancellation requires a support ticket. The dashboard's billing page surfaces a "Request early cancellation" button that opens the ticket for you.
- An early-termination fee equal to 30% of the remaining months' cost applies. We'll quote the exact amount in the ticket before charging.
- On approval: the fee is invoiced separately (payable in advance) and the service ends immediately. You will not be able to resubscribe to the same plan within the same calendar month, but can the following month.
- We may deny an early-cancellation request if the reason given doesn't warrant breaking the commitment. In that case the subscription continues unchanged through its commitment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for spam, illegal activity, or violations of platform terms (Discord, Instagram, etc.). We may terminate accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 30 days.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
