    Onboarding (same day)

    A short questionnaire collects what we need to start: platforms, brand assets, account access.

    • Existing copy / FAQ to reference

    Build (within 48 hours)

    We ship the system: bot, automation, optional landing page, branding pass.

    • Auto-replies, welcome flows, moderation
    • Lead capture forms + DM triggers
    • Notifications and scheduling

    Hand-off + post-delivery tweaks

    You get credentials, docs, and a tweak window. Self-host on day one, or move into managed hosting.

    Ongoing management (optional but recommended)

    Most clients move into Growth Management ($45/mo) — small feature adds, optimization, and priority support.
